Hi, I’m Rebecca.

I’ve always been fascinated by why we can know better, understand what’s happening, and still have such a hard time changing it.

I came to understand that personally when insomnia turned my own life upside down. I tried everything I could think of to fix it, but the more I fought what was happening in my mind, the bigger it became.

What finally changed things was learning to stop treating

every thought like an emergency. Instead of trying to control every thought or make the insomnia go away, I began changing the relationship with what was happening in my mind, I became less afraid of the thoughts, less reactive to them, and more curious about what was underneath the fear, overthinking, and automatic reactions.

That experience led me deeper into hypnotherapy, and I quickly realized this goes far beyond sleep.

Self-doubt. Worry. Fears. Habits. Confidence. Overthinking. We can understand these patterns incredibly well and still struggle to change them.

My approach

I’m curious by nature, and I ask a lot of questions.

I want to understand you, not just what you want to change, but what may be underneath it and what your mind has learned along the way.

I don’t use a one-size-fits-all script. The hypnotherapy is built around your experiences, your patterns, and what you want to feel differently.

There’s nothing you need to perform or “get right.” We talk, we get curious, and we work with what’s actually there.

My goal is to help you stop fighting yourself so hard and make change feel more natural and lasting.
