A: The first consultation is always free, and based on assessment, I will recommend a sleep solution package that is the best fit for your needs. I do offer payment plans.

Q: Do you offer virtual sessions, or do I need to visit an office?
A: All sessions are held virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere. I currently am only working with clients in the U.S.
